12 months FREE technical support

Webspoon UK will provide professional web and email support for all of our design and development clients absolutely free for the first 12 months. After this period, if support is still required, we can offer highly competitive support rates to keep your website running.

Support packages

After the initial 12 month period has ended, we are able to offer unrivalled levels of support through a range of support packages. We can still offer support to existing customers but without a support package, each support case would be charged at an hourly rate. Basic Support

Our basic support package includes 24 hour email support. All of our websites are built to last but occasionally problems may occur. We will endeavour to resolve any technical issues as soon as possible for only £19.99 per year.

Standard Support

Our standard package includes 24 hour email support and telephone support between 9am and 5pm and this is the most common choice of support by our clients. All this for only £29.99 per year.

Premium Support

Our premium support package includes 24 hour email support, telephone support between 9am and 9pm and free daytime callouts. This unrivalled level of support can be yours for only £49.99 per year.
